- HEAD OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
I lead the Internal Communications function at phs Group, with responsibility for all communications and engagement for our 3,000 employees. My role is to lead the function and ensure we're providing technical expertise and guidance for communications around the business and to execute communications for the group and for leadership. I own all communications channels and ensure we're using the right channels, at the right time, for the right audiences so our people are fully informed and engaged with our activities.

- INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
I informed, involved, inspired and connected our people in a fun and engaging way. I've held accountability for the communication strategy for many projects including wellness, company purpose, and external brand campaigns. I also provided support to senior leaders to connect people to our technology transformation, 2020 strategy, and overall change communications.
VEOLIA WATER TECHNOLOGIES - MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE
I led the marketing strategy and communications in 2 of Veolia’s biggest segments, to identify new opportunities to promote our service to potential customers. I also provided clear and effective technical guidance to diverse stakeholders as their marketing business partner.

COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE
A very broad role that allowed me to be solely responsible for Pet Health Plans marketing across the UK. This included being accountable for all print, digital and event communications. I also offered primary marketing support for an immediate team of 30 and also on a consultant basis to our customers. During my time there, I also managed the coordination and execution of several brand redesigns.
